摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spherical zinc oxide particle having controlled dope distribution in particle, high dope concentration and specific size of crystalline diameter, a manufacturing method therefor and a plasmon sensor chip high in sensitivity using the same.SOLUTION: The spherical zinc oxide particle, where a metal element selected from a group consisting of gallium (Ga), indium (In), europium (Eu), cerium (Ce), praseodymium (Pr), samarium (Sm), gadolinium (Gd), terbium (Tb), niobium (Nb) and ytterbium (Yb) is doped, average dope concentration of the metal element in the particle is in a range of 1.0 to 20.0 mol% and average crystalline diameter is in a range of 10 to 55nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
