PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sitting comfort properties.SOLUTION: A seat pad 10 has a placement surface 11. In the seat pad 10, a lateral slit part 15 extending from the outside of the seat pad 10 toward the inside is formed in a first lateral direction B1 along the placement surface 11. Recess-projection parts 18 connected in a regulation direction B2 along the placement surface 11 are respectively formed in a first inner surface 16 positioned on a side of the placement surface 11 in a thickness direction H perpendicular to the placement surface 11 and in a second inner surface 17 positioned on a non-placement surface side in the thickness direction H out of inner surfaces that define the lateral slit part 15. In a first recess-projection part 19 which is the recess-projection part 18 formed in the first inner surface 16 and a second recess-projection part 20 which is the recess-projection part 18 formed in the second inner surface 17, a recess part 18a and a projection part 18b face each other in the thickness direction H.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
