PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve steering stability at high-speed running, and also to maintain running stability of vehicles. SOLUTION: A control device to control driving force includes right and left front wheels Wfl, Wfr (steered wheels), electric motors 11a to 11d which drive right and left rear wheels Wrl, Wrr (non-steered wheels), respectively, a controller 23 (a control means to control the driving force), a steering angle sensor 21, and a vehicle speed sensor 22. The controller 23 determines an attenuation capacity corresponding to an attenuation coefficient in a steering system according to a vehicle speed detected and a steering angular velocity calculated. The controller 23 controls revolutions of the electric motors 11a, 11b for the right and the left front wheels Wfl, Wfr so that the determined attenuation capacity may be negated, and drive controlling force is added to the driving force at running. Moreover, the controller 23 controls revolutions of the electric motors 11c, 11d for the right and the left rear wheels Wrl, Wrr so that yawing moment generated by the added drive controlling force may be negated, and the drive controlling force is added to the driving force at running.
