PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet body storage container capable of stably disposing a storage body inside and easily changing the storage body, and having an operation part of such a size as can be easily operated so that the position of the operation part can be easily recognized. SOLUTION: The sheet body storage container 10 is for storing the storage body 20 with a takeout slot 22 in which a number of sheet bodies 21 are stored. The sheet body storage container 10 has a container body 100 with a hollow part E corresponding to the storage body. The wall of the container body is thin, and the container body comprises an opening 110a of the storage body, a lid body 140 for covering the storage body, a takeout opening 112 disposed corresponding to the takeout slot of the storage body for taking out sheet bodies, a takeout lid part 120 for covering the takeout opening, and the operation part 130 to be operated by a user. A projecting part 113 is formed on a part of the upper surface of the container body and a side surface connected to the part, and a part of the operation part is disposed at the projecting part on the upper surface of the container body.
