PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tight binding yarn for an endoscope for firmly fixing a shell for a tubular and flexible tube for the endoscope to a member arranged inside of it without damaging the shell, a method of fixing the shell firmly to a member arranged inside of it using the tight binding yarn for the endoscope, the flexible tube for the endoscope where high liquid-tightness is kept for a long period of time even when the shell is fixed by the method of fixing the shell and disinfection/sterilization treatment is repeated, and the endoscope which is provided with the flexible tube and minimizes a pain to a patient. SOLUTION: The tight binding yarn 9 for the endoscope is composed of a filament aggregation 94 obtained by further intertwisting a first twist yarn 93' obtained by intertwisting a plurality of first filaments 91 and a second twist yarn 93' obtained by intertwisting a plurality of second filaments 92. The tight binding yarn 9 for the endoscope is fixed to the outer surface of the shell with an adhesive in the state of tightly binding the shell for the tubular and flexible tube for the endoscope.
