PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine capable of preventing illegal conduct effectively and enhancing the fairness of a game. SOLUTION: A CPU 41a executes the setting value judgement processing 1 of judging whether or not a value read from a set value work 1 is in the range of 1-6, the set value judgement processing 2 of judging whether or not the value read from the set value work 1 and a value read from a set value work 2 match and the set value judgement processing 3 of judging whether or not the value read from the set value work 1 and a value read from a set value work 3 match for each game, and when it is judged that a set value to be used for internal drawing is not appropriate in the set value judgement processing 1-3, performs control to an error state by a RAM abnormality error and disables the advance of the game. Then, once the control is performed to the error state by the RAM abnormality error, the state that the advance of the game is disabled is not canceled unless shifting to a setup change mode is performed and a set value is newly selected/set on the basis of a setup change operation.
