A pressure sensor and apparatus for detecting leakage of pipe joint therewith are provided to detect leakage at the joint and a point of leakage conveniently by allowing a contact plate to contact with a lead wire due to liquid run into a housing. A pressure sensor(130) comprises a housing(131), an extended lead wire(133), and a contact plate(137). The housing has a hole through which liquid, leaked from a joint of a pipe, flows. The extended lead wire is connected with a lead wire(120) electrically and extended into the housing. The contact plate is installed in the housing, separated away from the extended lead wire. The contact plate is floated by the liquid come into the housing through a hole such that the contact plate is connected with the extended lead wire electrically.
