<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct with suppressed noise, and a cooling device equipped with the duct. <P>SOLUTION: The duct 3 is connected to an intake port 11a of a fan case 11 inside which a centrifugal fan 13 is disposed, and has an end connected to the intake port 11a.
