<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase wind receiving efficiency in a wide wind speed range at low cost without requiring complicated configuration. <P>SOLUTION: At least two rotors 10, 20 are arranged parallel with each other on a same axis rotatably in the same direction. The rotors 10. 20 are so arranged at a predetermined interval that, when air converged to a specified position flows from the front rotor 10 to the rear rotor 20 under the specified conditions of a blade and wind speed by the rear rotor 20 rotating in the same direction as the front rotor 10, the rear rotor 20 (rotating in the same direction as the front rotor 10) can follow the change of the converged position of the air flowing from the front rotor 10 to the rear rotor 20 due to a variation in wind speed and can receive wind. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
