<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a fuel cell capable of previously avoiding malfunction that occurs based on the output performance of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The control device for the fuel cell generating electric power by the reaction of hydrogen and oxygen has a target electric power setting means deciding power generation resistance at starting of power generation of the fuel cell 3 in an AC impedance method, and controlling a target value of current in the generated electric power, based on the decided power generation resistance, and avoiding drop in voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
