PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fasilitate simply grasping of the content of a dynamic image relating to a web page. SOLUTION: A detector 72 detects switching of a scene contained in a dynamic image. A thumb-nail image creation part 73 creates a thumb-nail image showing the content of a scene based on a detected result of switching of the scene and makes a recording part 74 record it. A communication part 76 transmits a request message containing the thumb-nail image recorded in the recording part 74 to a server and receives a response message containing a URL(Uniform Resource Locator) of the thumb-nail image from the server. A message creating section 75 creates article data of an article in which the thumb-nail image is displayed is created based on the URL of the thumb-nail image contained in the response message.
