PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin type battery preventing drop in current collecting performance even when mounted on a printed circuit board together with other semiconductor device by using reflow solder. SOLUTION: A film-like binder 8 low in reactivity with an electrolyte and whose elasticity is not damaged by heating in a reflow process is formed between a positive plate 1 and a positive can 4, and the positive plate 1 and the positive can 4 are directly contacted in a dotted state and bonded.
