PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the light-emitting device of a game machine which can form by an inexpensive structure the pattern of light on the front side of a figure pattern display device without interfering with an indication part of the figure pattern display device. SOLUTION: The light-emitting device 1 has an illuminant 2 arranged in the circumference position of the figure pattern display device 12 of the game machine and a transparent or translucent light transmitting plate 3 which covers a part on the front side of the figure pattern display device 12 adjoining the illuminant 2. The light transmitting plate 3 has a tilt surface 3c inclined in a thickness direction to one end edge 3b located on the front side of the indication part 12a of the figure pattern display device 12, and the light of the illuminant 2 incident from one end edge 3a adjoining the illuminant 2 is refracted to the player side by the tilt surface 3c.
