<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source system effective as a distributed power source contributable to load leveling in a big city, while preventing global warming, by supplying electric power to a load by generating electric power by utilizing natural energy and storing electric energy. <P>SOLUTION: This power source system 1 uses a Stirling engine 2, and comprises the Stirling engine 2 driven by heat provided by condensing the sunlight by a lens 3, a generator 4 generating the electric power by motive power of the Stirling engine 2, an electric energy storage means 5 using a NAS (sodium-sulfur) battery for storing the electric power generated by the generator 4, an output switching means 6 switching the electric power generated by the generator 4 and output electric power of the electric energy storage means 5, and a supply switching means 8 switching the electric power generated by the generator 4 or the output electric power of the electric energy storage means 5 and commercial electric power received from an electric power company and supplying to the load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
