PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation device for proximity accident with other-objects that can ensure the safety of an operator of the other-object proximity accident simulation device and visitors who are observing a simulation experiment, even if high and low voltage contact is made between a low-voltage winding and a special high-voltage winding and can improve the safeties, as compared with a conventional transformer with a contact preventing plate. SOLUTION: The simulation device for proximity accident with other-object 100 uses a transformer 10, having a primary winding 3 composed of the low-voltage winding wound around a grounded iron core 2 as an innermost layer, a secondary winding 5 composed of the special high-voltage winding wound around the iron core 2 as an outermost layer, and the grounded contact prevention plate 6 interposed between the layers of the primary winding 3 and secondary winding 5, and the transformer 10 has a tertiary winding 4 composed of a low-voltage winding wound around the iron core 2 as an intermediate layer between the layers of the primary winding 3 and contact prevention plate 6, the second winding 5 and tertiary winding 4 being grounded.
