PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a frame from being separated from an elastic insulating material owing to cleaning agents and humidity in an electrical connection sheet in which elastic conductors in matrix arrangement are provided so as to penetrate a platelike elastic insulator and are encircled with a frame subjected to surface primer treatment. SOLUTION: The frame 4 is buried in the elastic insulator 7 to prevent the exposure of: part of the frame 4; or an adhesion section or adhesion line between the elastic insulator 7 and the frame 4. When a silicone rubber is injected into a mold to mold the elastic insulator 7, the frame 4 having been subjected to a primer process is put in the mold in advance and then the silicone rubber is injected to bury the frame 4 in the elastic insulator 7. This prevents the intrusion of a cleaning agent or humidity into an adhesion face to prevent separation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
