PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of a response of a system and generation of deadlock to an access request to a database. SOLUTION: In the respective records of an account information DB, pieces of information about the respective accounts are registered in a second hierarchy and transaction details by every account are registered in a third hierarchy (refer to the above figure of fig. (B)), however, pieces of information about the respective records are physically divided into a first record to which information about a specific second hierarchical segment corresponding to a specific account type and information (transaction details) about a third hierarchical segment related to the information are linked using information about a route segment as a starting point and a second record (refer to the below figure of the figure (B)) to which information (transaction details) about a third hierarchical segment related to the information are linked using information about a dummy route segment as a starting point and each of the divided records are stored in separated DBs (storages).
