A method for supplying real-time information and a system thereof are provided to offer the present information of a provider who supplies a specific service to a user. A method for providing current information of a provider comprises following steps in a searching system connected with a user client through a network: maintaining present information which includes at least one of communication available information, service supply policy information of the provider offering a predetermined service, location information of the provider, and various information about supplying goods(S182~S184); receiving a search request from a user client(S180); producing a search results page(S185~S188); and transmitting the generated search result page to the user client(S189).
