An ignition coil of the internal combustion engine is provided to prevent the flow from being generated by co-axially combining a first and a second spools in order to support the spools. An ignition coil of the internal combustion engine comprises a first spool(22) supporting the primary coil; a second spool(24) installed inside the first spool; and a secondary coil(23) is supported in the second spool and becomes with the primary coil and inter-electromagnetic conduction and induces the high voltage. A protrusion(70) separated into the putting-on or removing direction of 1,2 difference spool from insertion is formed in one between the first and second spool, and the insertion part is punched with the putting-on or removing direction of 1,2 difference spool so that it penetrate through protrusion are included.
