PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lock of a traveling pedal against an intention of a driver. SOLUTION: This pedal lock control device has motor driving means 2 and 4 driving a traveling hydraulic motor 3 according to an operation quantity of the traveling pedal 7, a lock means 70 locking the traveling pedal 7 in an operation state, a command means 26 commanding a lock and the lock release of the traveling pedal 7 by the lock means 70 by the operation of the driver, lock intention detecting means 23 and 24 detecting the intention of the driver of permitting the lock of the traveling pedal 7, and a lock control means 20 locking the traveling pedal 7 by the lock means 70 when lock permitting intention is detected by the lock intention detecting means 23 and 24 and the lock of the traveling pedal 7 is commanded by the command means 26.
