The present invention relates to a woven fiber reinforcement having improved impact resistance and blast resistance. The woven fiber reinforcement having improved impact resistance and blast resistance comprises: a pair of reinforcing parts formed by weaving a plurality of first fibers in a latticed shape to have vertical clearances; and a dissipating part which has a plurality of second fibers twisted to maintain vertical clearances of a top and a bottom reinforcing part.
