Provided are a sewage conveyance system capable of avoiding clogging of a horizontal drainage channel while suppressing pressure fluctuations in a drainage stack by a simple system configuration, and an improvement work method therefor. A sewage conveyance system (10) is characterized by being provided with: a toilet bowl (100) provided on an arbitrarily defined floor of a multiple-family dwelling (8); a fixture drain (41) connected to a discharge port (102d) of the toilet bowl (100); a drainage stack (80) connected to the downstream side of the fixture drain (41) and extending downward; a horizontal main drainage pipe (42) installed at the lower end (80A) of the drainage stack (80); and a conveyance water supply device (20) for suppling conveyance water for conveying sewage to an upstream part of the horizontal main drainage pipe (42). |
