PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent outflow of a pollutant even while removing a used filter cloth from a sub water channel.SOLUTION: A solid matter capture system 100 includes a filter cloth (filter function part 322) detachably installed in a sub water channel (divided water channel 14) through which solid matter flows with water so as to capture the solid matter, and a sealing part (sealing device 200) for sealing the upstream side of the filter cloth in the sub way channel. By this configuration, the used filter cloth can be removed after sealing the upstream side of the filter cloth with the sealing part, and therefore, a situation that a pollutant flows into farmland while removing the filter cloth can be avoided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
