The invention relates to a method for producing a stator for an eccentric screw motor, wherein at least one cutting head (4) is introduced inside the tube for the formation of thread turns (10). According to the invention, at least two cutting heads (4, 4') are used for processing the inner wall of the stator tube (6), and at the beginning of the processing, one of the cutting heads (4) approaches the stator tube (6) and is brought into a predetermined position in relation to this end (I) of the stator tube (6), the cutting head (4) is moved from this defined position along its linear axis (Z1) and introduced inside the tube and a thread turn (10) is formed, until the cutting head reaches at least the lengthwise centre of the stator tube (6) or exceeds a predetermined value, and the exit point of the thread turn (10) to be formed by the cutting head (4) is determined according to the course of the individual thread turns (10) and the position of the cutting head (4), and the second cutting head (4') begins its processing of the inner wall surface of the stator tube (6') from this point, and this cutting head (4') is moved along its linear axis (Z2) and rotated about its rotary axis (C) until said cutting head (4') reaches the centre of the stator tube (6). |
