PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which prevents unauthorized use of an execution history.SOLUTION: On an execution history displaying the execution history of transmission jobs for transmitting data to destinations, user's selection of a transmission job is received. It is determined whether a user has authority for executing transmission jobs displayed on the execution history. If it is determined that the user has the authority, an item for reusing a destination used in execution of the selected transmission job is displayed on a screen containing the execution history.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
