PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system configured to prevent reduction in security level.SOLUTION: An abstraction section 112 converts confidential information to substitute information. A correspondence information management section 122 manages correspondence information indicating correspondence between the substitute information and the confidential information. A processing control section 111 executes processing by use of data obtained by converting the confidential information to the substitute information. An investigation information management section 123 prepares investigation information which indicates operation of a storage device 12 by use of the substitute information, and collects investigation information relating to a trouble generated in the storage device 12 from among the investigation information. A management server 13 causes the investigation information management section 123 to collect investigation information relating to the trouble, in response to a request from an investigator terminal 31. An SE terminal 41 restores the confidential information from the substitute information included in an investigation result based on the investigation information, by use of the correspondence information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
