PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new seal device which sequentially discharges mud water etc. entering thereinto despite having a simple structure.SOLUTION: A seal device 11 is mounted to a space between an outer member 2 and an inner member 5 which coaxially rotates with the outer member 2 and is formed by combining a double cylindrical first member 50 fitted on the inner member 5 with a second member 60 provided with a core metal 61 fitted in the outer member 2 and a seal lip part 62 which is fastened to the core member 61, elastically contacts with the first member 50, and is formed by an elastic material. Inner diameter side and outer diameter side cylindrical parts 501 and 502 of the first member 50 are formed so as to extend toward a second member 60 side along an axis L direction. The outer diameter side cylindrical part 502 of the first member 50 forms a first labyrinth part r1 along the axial L direction and a second labyrinth part r2, which continues into the first labyrinth part r1 and is arranged along a radial direction, with the second member 60.
