PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor function improving agent, a respiratory function improving agent, or a cognitive ability improving agent which provides a higher effect.SOLUTION: A motor function improving agent, a respiratory function improving agent, or a cognitive ability improving agent contains leucine, medium chain fatty acid, and vitamin D as active ingredients. The motor function improving agent, the respiratory function improving agent, or the cognitive ability improving agent may contain at least either of isoleucine and valine as additional active ingredients.
