Provided is a saddled-vehicle cowl structure that can effectively supply external air to a power unit. In a two-wheeled-motor-vehicle cowl structure provided with a main seat 17 on which a vehicle occupant sits, a side cowl 33 covering a lower side section of the main seat 17, an air cleaner box 37 provided below the main seat 17 and connected to a power unit 30, and an intake duct 38 that supplies external air to the air cleaner box 37, the side cowl 33 is provided with an inner side cowl 54 and an outer side cowl 55 disposed at the outer side of the inner side cowl 54 in the vehicle width direction. The inner side cowl 54 is provided with an intake port 54g, near the front end thereof, for supplying running wind to the intake duct 38. The intake port 54g is covered by the outer side cowl 55 from the outer lateral side.
