PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve timing adjusting device capable of preventing the adhesion of hydraulic oil discharged to the outside to a timing pulley and a dry belt, while being provided with a connection oil path to an axis portion of a spool.SOLUTION: A housing 13 is coupled to a crank shaft 11 through a dry belt 22, and rotated interlocking with the crank shaft 11. A sleeve 32 has a supply port 40, a drain port 41, a first control port 42, a second control port 43, and a first drain oil path 44, in an order from the cam shaft 12 side. A spool 29 has a connection oil path 64 provided at an axis portion so as to connect the supply port 40 to the first control port 42 or the second control port 43 according to an axial direction position. The drain port 41 is connected to a drain space 39 via a second drain oil path 45 provided on the cam shaft 12. A drain space 38 is connected to the drain space 39 via a third drain oil path 46 provided over a vane rotor 14 and the cam shaft 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
