PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the getting on/off property of a driver by springing up a steering shaft by a simple operation at the seat taking or leaving time of the driver. SOLUTION: A tilt.telescopic bent slide-contact wall 21 to which the tip 11a of a tightening lever 11 is slide-contacted is formed on the upperside of the tilt groove 4 of a tilt bracket 3 and also the groove for spring up 20 is formed by extending the tilt groove 4 and the bent slide-contact wall 23 for spring up to which the tip 11a of the tightening lever 11 is slide-contacted is formed on the upperside of this groove for spring up 20 and when a steering column 2 is sprung up and the tightening bolt 10 is inserted from the tilt groove 4 to the groove for spring up 20, a lock member 24 for locking after engaging with the engaging head part 10a of this tightening bolt 10 is provided. |
