A mobile communication terminal and a message processing method of the terminal are provided to automatically transmit a message which is written while the terminal performs a communication service blocking mode by which a voice call and message transceiving function is blocked, to a receiving place when the communication service blocking mode is canceled, thereby increasing user convenience. A controller performs a communication service blocking mode for blocking a voice call and message transceiving function(S110), and checks whether a user's message input request exists(S120). If so, the controller converts an operational mode of a mobile communication terminal into a message input mode(S130), and receives a message based on user input information(S140). When the message inputting is completed(S150), the controller checks whether a transmission request for the inputted message exists(S160). If so, the controller stores the message in a memory(S170), and checks whether the communication service blocking mode is canceled(S180). If so, the controller automatically transmits the stored message to a receiving place(S190).
