The device (1) has two relatively movable clamping jaws (5,6) with electrically conducting and insulating regions. The conducting regions are formed by protrusions (12,13) on an electrically conducting base surface (7,8) of the jaws facing towards the other respective jaws. Stops (9,10) limit the movement of the jaws as they approach the closed position so the base surfaces are essentially mutually parallel. |
