<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certificate issuing system capable of issuing the certificate of an electronic document configured of electronic data equipped with an alteration preventing function and a certificate made of paper on which received electronic data are printed through the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: In this certificate issuing system configured by connecting an application client through a network to an issue server, the terminal with communication function of the application client and the server with communication function of the issue server perform mutual authentication, and the terminal with communication function instructs the issue of a certificate, and the server with communication function prepares certificate basic data, and an alteration prevention data generation server generates alteration prevention data, and the server with communication function generates certificate data to which the generated alteration prevention data are applied, and the terminal with communication function outputs the certificate data by a printer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
