<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dried food easily cooked through pouring boiling water thereon before eaten so as to prepare Japanese soup such as miso soup or mizore soup, soup such as potage, Shark's fin soup, soup of sauteed crabs and scrambled eggs, stew, potato soup, onion soup or clam chowder, side dish such as "Happousai" or "Mabo dofu", or raw material for food in a bowl such as ready-made materials respectively for "Tenshin-don (a dish of sauteed crabs and scrambled eggs on rice)", "Chuka-don (a dish of Chinese ingredients on rice)", "Ankake-don (a dish of rice topped with a starchy sauce)", or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The dried food is obtained by packaging dried ingredients and/or a thickening agent, and soluble base material 2 dried by frozen dry all together, shaping the soluble base material 2 into a container having a prescribed shape, filling a prescribed amount of the dried ingredients 50 and/or the thickening agent 52 or the like in the container made of the soluble base material 2, and packaging the soluble base material 2 and the dried ingredients in a single bag. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
