PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog signal transmission circuit suppressing intrusion of random noise. SOLUTION: A sample hold circuit 10 comprises: a CMOS switch 11; a hold capacitor C1; an amplifier 13; and a pre-charge circuit 14. The amplifier 13 is designed to reduce power consumption by operating only in a hold period. In the sampling period, a potential of a channel part directly beneath a gate of a first transistor T11 connected to a first terminal of the hold capacitor C1 is stabilized at a potential of a high potential power source Vdd by the pre-charge circuit 14.
