PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric power generator which realizes efficient conversion from thermal energy to electric energy at various industrial facilities, offers a high-performance power generation function, and is superior in structural soundness and workability in installment, maintenance, etc. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric power generator includes a high-temperature member 3 which transmits thermal energy from a high-temperature medium, a low-temperature member 4 having a low-temperature medium channel inside thereof, a thermoelectric module 2 having incorporated therein a thermoelectric conversion element that converts thermal energy, which results from a temperature difference between the high-temperature medium and a low-temperature medium supplied to the low-temperature medium channel, into electric energy, a frame 7 disposed on the side of low-temperature member that is opposite to the high-temperature medium, and a plurality of tie rods 5C tying the frame to the high-temperature member.
