A compressor having an oil filtering function is provided to prevent the oil from leaking to the other parts without passing through an oil filtering unit. A compressor having an oil filtering function comprises an oil tank which is formed in a main body(10) to store oil, a reclaim pipe(20) combined to the oil tank, and an oil filtering unit in the entrance of the reclaim pipe. The oil filtering unit includes a filter member(31) filtering the oil, and a supporting member(32) supporting the filter member. The leading end of the reclaim pipe includes an insertion part(21) having a specific length(t) and a protrusion(22) formed on the circumference of the reclaim pipe, where the length of the insertion part is greater than the sum of the through hole length(L) of the main body, the width(I) of the supporting member and the gap(d) between the main body and the supporting member.
