A car wrench is provided to smoothly operate lifting operation of a jack using a jack operating handle such that a tire can be easily replaced even by a female driver or the weak. A car wrench(1) includes a connecting pipe part(11) which is formed on one end of an operating pipe(10) and fixedly coupled to a wrench handle(3). The operating pipe comprises the connecting pipe part having an inner diameter which is coupled to the wrench handle, an expanded pipe part(12) having an inner diameter expanded by expanding one side of the connecting pipe part, and an operating member coupling part(13) having upper and lower cutout elements(15) formed by cutouts(14), and a coupling hole(16) passing through the center of the cutout elements. The car wrench additionally includes a coupling pin(20) of which an upper part is bent to form a driver(22) at one end of the coupling pin, and which has a screw part formed on the other end such that a butterfly nut(21) is screwed to the other end of the coupling pin. The operating member coupling part of the wrench is fixedly coupled to a jack rotation operating member by a coupling pin. The jack is lifted or lowered by repetitively rotating the wrench to an angle of 180 degrees clockwise after horizontally rotating the wrench to an angle of 90 degrees.
