PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient, low price class D amplifier having less EMI problems.SOLUTION: A power amplifier of a stereophonic headphone charges an inductor L2 and discharges into a load R20. Subsequently, the amplifier charges the inductor, and discharges into a load R1. Finally, the amplifier charges the inductor, and discharges into the load R2. This cycle is repeated. Charging is carried out by S9, S4, S2, and S8. These switches are shared among all outputs. The inductor can be charged with any polarity, by closing the S8, S9, or closing the S2, S4. The discharge depends on which load is used. With regard to R20, discharge is carried out by turning the S4 and S12 on. With regard to R1, discharge is carried out by turning the S4 and S11 on.
