METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING RICH MENU IN INSTANT MESSAGING SERVICE AND RECORDING MEDIUM

Disclosed are a method and a system for providing a rich menu in an instant messaging service and a recording medium. The method for providing an instant messaging service comprises the steps of: receiving, from a client, a request to enter a dialog interface with an official account registered with the instant messaging service; if the client enters the dialog interface in response to the entry request, then providing a rich menu linked to the official account on a section of an area in the dialog interface; receiving, from the client, a selection from the displayed items included in the rich menu; identifying content which has been previously matched by an official account administrator by linking with the selected displayed item; and providing the identified content to the client by means of the dialog interface.
