PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture substrate comprising fluorine-containing polymer on the surface, the fluorine-containing polymer being capable of a three-dimensional tissue culture.SOLUTION: A cell culture substrate of the invention is composed of a resin composition in which at least one portion of the surface contains a fluorine-containing polymer, wherein the fluorine-containing polymer has a fluorine-containing aromatic ring and has an ether linkage in a principal chain. The formation of three-dimensional tissue is possible by culturing cells using the cell culture substrate of the invention.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
