Provided in the present invention are a call management method, device and multi-system terminal. The method comprises: when performing a human-computer interaction item, monitoring for a call request; when a call request is detected, using, on the basis of a user operation, an external device to display the human-computer interaction item, and switching to the system having the call request to process the call request. By the implementation of the present invention, the terminal monitors for a call request when the current system is performing the human-computer interaction item, and when a call request is detected, prompts the user and continues, according to a user operation, to perform the human-computer interaction item using the external device, and switches the terminal to the system having the call request so as to enable the user to answer the new call. On this basis, operation of the system can continue via the external device and the user can switch to the system having the call request to process the new call, addressing a problem in prior art in which a user must terminate the activity of other systems when a call of a certain system, such as a new call, needs to be processed, thereby enhancing user experience. |
