PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture tool in which an inner needle can be housed inside an inner needle hub and also an outer needle hub can be detached from the inner needle hub just by the operation of pulling out the inner needle from the outer needle.SOLUTION: A puncture tool includes an outer needle 21, an outer needle hub 22, an inner needle 3, and a cylindrical injector 4 for holding a proximal end of the inner needle 3. The injector 4 has an inner needle hub 41 for holding the proximal end of the inner needle 3, and a cylindrical body 6 which includes a grasping means 71A for grasping the outer needle hub 22 and which is attached inside the inner needle hub 22 so as to be capable of freely advancing and retreating. By separating the inner needle hub 22 from the outer needle 21 along an axial direction and expanding the injector 4, the inner needle 3 pulled out from the outer needle 21 is housed inside the inner needle hub 41 or inside the inner needle hub 41 and inside the cylindrical body 6, also the grasping means 71A releases the outer needle hub 22 and the outer needle hub 22 is detached from the inner needle hub 41. |
