PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength conversion member which can efficiently cool a phosphor without having a driving source and in which energy consumption is small during operation, and a light source device including the wavelength conversion member.SOLUTION: A wavelength conversion member is provided which includes: a sealed housing 4 including a surface having light transmissivity at least at one part; a refrigerant sealed in the sealed housing 4; a cooling part 30 provided at one part on an outside surface of the sealed housing 4; and a flow part 6 arranged in the sealed housing 4 and having a plurality of fine flow passages in which a liquid refrigerant can flow. At least one part of the fine flow passages is formed by a gap between particles, and phosphor particles 10 are included in the particles.
