PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, control method, and program that guide a reliable user operation in a start-up sequence.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus according to the present invention comprises display means that displays a state display screen acquiring the state of initialization processing and showing the state. When the state display screen is displayed, the display means displays a warning screen showing a warning inhibiting an operation to turn off a power supply of the information processing apparatus in response to reception of an instruction to turn off the power supply, and displays the state display screen again after the end of the display of the warning screen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
