PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the operation of a linear motion guide device by maintaining smooth sliding of a cross-roller coupling member. SOLUTION: A cross-roller coupling member 13a is equipped with a number of cylindrical rollers 14a and a holding member 15. The holding member 15 is made of PTFE, holds the rollers 14a in such a condition as intersecting each other, and in particular, has side plates 20 installed in the part confronting the end faces of each roller 14a in such a way as covering the end faces. The side plates 20 prevent skewing and ensure a smooth rolling motion of each roller 14a. The rollers 14a are precluded from slipping off by engagement of recesses with projections formed in/on the end face of the roller 14a and the inner surface of the side plate 20.
