PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the exchange cycle of a bearing while freely adjusting a clearance of the bearing by forming a bearing inner surface and a sleeve outer surface as a counterpart surface of the bearing inner surface into a tapered shape having the same taper in relation to an agitating shaft. SOLUTION: A bearing 1 inner surface and a sleeve 2 outer surface are formed with the same taper in relation to an agitating shaft 3, and in order to secure a clearance in each contact surface, the bearing 1 is fixed to a bearing box 4 by an upper flange 5 and a lower flange 6. A contact surface of the bearing is worn by the operation of an agitator, and in the case where continuous use is impossible as a result of the measurement of the quantity of friction, a lower bolt 8 for connecting the lower flange 8 to the bearing box 4 is loosened, and an upper bolt 7 for connecting the upper flange 5 to the bearing box 4 is fastened so as to displace the bearing 1 downward, and a clearance between the inner surface of the bearing 1 and the outer surface of the sleeve 2 is thereby adjusted so that the bearing 1 worn in the real condition can be continuously used.
