PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation facilities monitoring system, a power generation facilities monitoring method and a program that can be easily introduced.SOLUTION: A power generation facilities monitoring system 1 includes a measurement device 2 and a determination device 3. Power generation facilities 4 as a monitoring target of the power generation facilities monitoring system 1 is configured to convert rotational energy of a rotor 41 into electric energy. The measuring device 2 measures a current waveform of a power supply path 5 through which electric energy generated by the power generating facilities 4 passes. The determination device 3 uses the current waveform measured by the measuring device 2 to determine the presence or absence of abnormality of the rotor 41 in the power generating facilities 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
