PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant operation device capable of simplifying operation of a multiaxial type combined cycle power generation plant, and a plant operation method and a plant operation program.SOLUTION: A plant operation device 10 operates a multiaxial type combined cycle power generation plant 1 including at least a plurality of gas turbines GT_A, GT_B and GT_C as a plurality of operational object apparatuses. The plant operation device comprises an interactive processing section 11 and a display section 17. The interactive processing section can display a start setting screen on which a start order of the gas turbines in start operation and a number of the gas turbines to be in operational status after the start operation can be selected and/or a stop setting screen on which a stop order of the gas turbines in stop operation and a number of the gas turbines to be in the operational status after the stop operation can be selected on the display section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
